1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Participants must have purchased "The Vending Business Blueprint" book.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to enter the competition.

• United states participants ONLY. Not included territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

• Can not have been in the Vending Business for more than 5 years or have more than 10 vending machines currently in operation.

• Must fill out an Entry form and answer all questions honestly to the best of your ability.

2. Ineligible Participants: To ensure the fairness and integrity of the competition, the following individuals and entities are ineligible to participate:

• Participants who have signed contracts with location owners/managers prior to the official start date of the competition are ineligible.

• Any contract with a location that was established before June 24th, 2024, will be considered invalid for this competition.

• Business Owners with Established Locations:

• Business owners who already have access to a location where a vending machine is or could be placed are not eligible.

• This includes businesses that have existing agreements for vending machines within their premises.

• Individuals or businesses that currently own and operate vending machines at delivery location are ineligible.

• This rule applies to those seeking to add another vending machine to an already established network of machines within the same location.

• Location Sellers: Persons or entities that sell or broker vending machine locations for the purpose of not operating the machines themselves are ineligible. This includes individuals or companies whose primary business involves finding and selling vending locations without the intent of managing the vending machines.

• Employees and Affiliates: Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the competition organizers are not eligible to participate, this is to prevent any conflict of interest and maintain the integrity of the competition.

3. Fraudulent Activities and submissions.

• Participants found engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, submitting false information, forging documents, or attempting to manipulate the competition in any way, will be disqualified.

• Any attempt to deceive the competition organizers will result in permanent disqualification from all current and future competitions.

• Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries by the same individual or entity will result in disqualification.

• Use of multiple identities, email addresses, or any other means to submit more than one entry is prohibited.

4. Verification and Enforcement:

• All entries will be thoroughly reviewed and verified by the competition organizers.

• Participants may be required to provide additional documentation or evidence to support their eligibility.

• Any discrepancies or suspicious activities will be investigated, and the organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry at their discretion.

5. Appeals:

• Participants who believe they have been unfairly disqualified may submit an appeal within seven (7) days of receiving their disqualification notice.

• Appeals must be sent to 904 Vending at support@904vending.com, subject APPEAL, and include detailed reasoning and any supporting evidence.

• The decision of the competition organizers on appeals is final and binding.

6. Entry Period:

• The competition begins on Monday, June 24th, 2024, and ends when a winner has been selected.

• No winner will be selected until 30 Business days after their purchase of the Vending Bible to ensure they have thoroughly read the book and have implemented its practices to find and secure a location.

7. Entry Process:

• Purchase "The Vending Business Blueprint" book and read it thoroughly.

• Identify a suitable location to place a snack vending machine.

• Obtain a signed contract with the owner/manager of the identified location, granting permission to place and operate the vending machine on their premises.

• Follow 904 Vending on social media handles which include but not limited to, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X formerly known as Twitter:

• Signed competition sheet.

• Submit the following documents via email at support@904vending.com include subject as Competition Entry.

• A brief summary of the identified location.

• A copy of the signed contract with the location owner/manager.

8. Submission Requirements: The summary of the location should include:

• Business name

• Full business address

• Type of business (e.g., office building, gym, school)

• Expected foot traffic or potential customer base

• The signed contract must include:

• Terms of agreement between the participant and the location owner/manager.

• Duration of the placement agreement (minimum of one year).

• Contact information of the location owner/manager for verification purposes.

• Signed terms of agreement

9. Verification Process: Upon receipt of the entry, the organizers will verify:

• Proof of purchase (The Vending Business Blueprint).

• Authenticity of the location summary.

• Validity of the signed contract.

• Contact the location owner/manager to confirm the agreement.

• The identity of participant. In leu of but not limited to ID verification, social media account verification, and or video conference call.

• ANY discrepancies or inability to verify the provided information will result in disqualification.

10. Selection of Winner:

• All verified entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges.:

• Confirmation of the vending machine location.

• Completeness and clarity of the provided documentation.

• The decision of the judges is final and binding.

• The winner will be notified via email and phone call within 7 days after all documentation is received and reviewed.

• By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow 904 Vending to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

11. Prize:

• The winner will receive a snack vending machine, including delivery to location business address only.

• The vending Machine will not be shipped to a residential home address, storage unit, and or Apartment complex unit.

• Machine will be delivered inside of location or will be returned to sender upon any discrepancy while attempting to install machine on premises.

• Warranty on all parts for 90 days.

• The winner is responsible for stocking and maintaining the vending machine.

• The vending machine will be the property of the competition winner and the winner will be liable for any and all technical issues after the warranty period ends.

• The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. 904 Vending reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.

12. General Conditions:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

• The competition organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

• Participants agree to use the vending machine in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

• The organizers are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from participation in the competition or use of the vending machine.

13. Privacy:

• Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• The only participant whose information will be made public in the form of First name or business name and social media handle ONLY will be participant winner.

14. Liability:

• 904 Vending is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants, or their property related to their participation in the contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless 904 Vending and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize (Snack Vending Machine).

15. Governing Law:

• The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of United States Of America.
